Classic Key Bridge wins stunning debut in $35,000 maiden special weight on January 23 at Delta Downs. The three-year-old dark brown Louisiana-bred daughter of Ford Every Stream out of La Gata by Mountain Cat stalked the early pace on the outside six back while advancing on the turn and going six-wide to get up for the win by a half-length at the wire. As she charged down the middle of the track in the stretch the announcer said she “was full of run,” and she certainly was picking up $21,000 in earnings in her first start.
